Chai (Tea) Masala (spice)

A blend of the finest, certified organic spices. Ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, mint and lemongrass.
Traditional Preparation bulk recipe: In a saucepan bring water and spices (about 1 tsp per cup of water) to a boil. Add 2 heaping teaspoon black tea leaves of your choice (Earl Grey for added flavor) per cup and simmer, do not boil, for 5-10 min, strain (you may have to replace lost water). Add same amount of milk or milk substitute as water, heat. Add sweetener of your choice.
