Green tea scented with Jasmine flowers. Best without milk and steeped with hot but not boiling water. Jasmine flowers are harvested during the day and stored in a cool place until the night. At night they bloom with maximum fragrance and the cured tea leaves are spread out and layered with the flowers to absorb the scent. The fragrance stays in the leaves all the way to the cup, a very nice flowery treat. Steeping: Use 1 scant teaspoon leaf per 8 oz. water. Allow boiling water to cool slightly, then pour over leaves. Steep 2 minutes. Multiple infusions encouraged. China
